在雪乡还盛传有很多“黑导游”的时候，我怕遇到便放弃了跟团，选了自由行。

本以为一切都很美好时，我还是遇到了“黑导游”，还被拉进了“小黑屋”。

对于一个南方人来说，雪乡就是童话世界，没去之前，憧憬着一切美好。我花了所有积蓄，报了一个当时价位最高的六天五夜自由行，8800元。

广州出发，飞行了五个半小时。那边的冷不同于南方侵入骨髓的湿冷，反而更像把刀子般割向每一寸裸露的肌肤，但只要装扮得够好就没事。

我的自由行里最后两天是雪乡跟团游，属于自由行额外赠送的，本不包括在行程里面。当时我知道有黑导游这个事，但客服说我是优质旅客，不会有后期消费，于是我玩完哈尔滨后，跟着班车出发去雪乡。

六个小时左右的车程，凌晨五点的班车，天还未亮，路上全是积雪，在摇摇晃晃的车上，我半是清醒半是昏睡。

也不知过了多久，天大亮，一车人下车整顿一番后都精神奕奕起来。

导游是个40岁左右女的，讲话风趣幽默，像讲脱口秀般地给我们讲了东北各种好玩新奇的事，我们车上大多是南方人，对北方的一切都充满了好奇，一问一答中，其乐融融。

导游介绍完后，开始游说大家报自费项目，2998一个人，包含穿越东升林场、体验雪地摩托、坦克……雪乡可以体验滑雪场、马拉爬犁、卡丁车，观看二人转、参观蘑菇屋……

她在介绍时，车上瞬间鸦雀无声。无人回应时，导游明显不开心了，她沉着脸说：刚才还生龙活虎，现在说到花钱就开始装睡了。你们报团多少钱心里没数吗？299两天一夜雪乡包吃包住，你们觉得可能吗？何况你们大老远过来不体验那些项目，不遗憾吗？你们自己去当地报更贵，不信的话就自己上网查下单价。

我们也是要吃饭的，雪乡现在的房子都是外地人租来做生意，他们一年四季有三季是亏损装修的，就靠冬天这个旺季来挣钱，不坑你们坑谁？你们自己去住一晚，一个床位最少四五百。现在旺季，你给老板一千一万都订不到……

前面就要到亚布力滑雪场了，要是没人报，车子就停在那，大家一起下车耗着，看你们急还是我急。我性子直，你们当我是朋友，我掏心掏肺回报你们，你们要是不给我这个面子，那也就别怪我翻脸不认人。你们录像的尽管录，我不怕你们，谁要是敢发布出去，那你就是跟我跟雪乡为敌，能不能回去都不知道……

她说了很多，语气威胁十足，坐在前面的一些年轻人开始扫码支付起来。我坐在后面心里发慌，客服也一直没回复我，其实我已经做好了支付的准备。

我后面坐着几个哈尔滨的本地叔叔阿姨，我们一开始都在聊天，他们小声跟我说不要给，别人怕他们可不怕，让我跟他们一起，前面的人付了就付了，也不能断了导游的财路。

虽然他们这么说了，但我还是怕的。这人生地不熟，不敢得罪任何一个人。就在导游快收钱到我们后面时，我终于收到了客服的信息，他让我别担心，他们会处理好。有他这句话，我心中的石头总算落了地。

车子很快到了滑雪场，导游让我们先下车吃东西，这餐包的。吃的土豆豆腐大白菜，看着清淡，我自己买了碗泡面吃。

二十分钟用完餐后，我和其他几个没后期消费的人被拦在了包厢里头，然后把我们带到了饭店的一间杂物房。

她语气还是很强硬，说我们连累了其他游客，影响了他们的行程，自私自利……

叔叔阿姨们也开始和她辩论起来，说他们一把年纪了，哪里坐得了那些刺激的，到时出事谁负责……他们并不是不报，只是希望导游就事论事，根据客人的身体情况来调节项目。

经过一番讨论后，叔叔阿姨们选择了500块的自费项目，我也跟着付了五百块。

一行人陆续上了车，我走在最后，被导游突然拉住了袖子，当时我第一反应就是整个人懵了。

浑浑噩噩中，我听到导游说把五百退给我，我报的是高价自由行，那些自费项目都包括在内，无需额外交费。

回到车上，导游又恢复了最初的样子，同我们有说有笑，并带着歉意说先前态度不好，望我们能理解包容之类的客套话……

两日跟团雪乡行，除了车上那段小插曲外，其他时候还是挺美好的，于我而言是完美的北国之旅。

导游后期也很负责任，我因为搭接驳车下错站，她还专门摸黑去接了我。我学人家泼水成冰，热水成功洒在了我的帽子上，她还为我挨家挨户借吹风筒，虽然没有借到……

哈尔滨、雪乡，风景很美，雪很纯净。喜欢雪韵大街上高高挂起的红灯笼，那是过年的味道；喜欢那里的马迭尔冰棍、红肠、冻柿子、小鸡炖蘑菇……；尤其喜欢那边人“纯爷们”的性格，直率坦诚一言九鼎。还有哈尔滨的东北烧烤，几乎能吃到的食物都可以用来烧烤，蔬菜直接生吃，我还学他们烧烤就大蒜，那真是不吃不知道，一吃真的是打开了新世界的大门。

我要再次寻找机会，因为我真的真的好想再去一次，那是我目前见过的最美雪景！
